Why This Course
Among the several management skills one should possess, the most important one is communication skills. Leadership qualities that lie dormant, surface by developing confidence and poise in communication. Oral communication can be developed through training in the Art of Public Speaking, Communication & Personality Development.
Course Objectives
This course will help participants to communicate better and speak with confidence with individuals, officials, participate actively in meetings, and conferences. The course will help a person to develop a confident personality and get along well with others by developing their inter-personal and intra-personal communication skills.
Methodology
The course is practical and result-oriented. The training so arranged that it gives each participant the greatest possible number of chances to speak. With so many opportunities to speak (prepared and impromptu speeches, debates, technical presentations, group discussions, role-plays, conferences, etc.), it is possible to make rapid progress in building ease, poise, and self-confidence in communicating with individuals and groups.
